Summer Setting Farm Dinner
$100 per person
The sun may be setting on summer, but it’s not over yet! Join us on the farm for a four course dinner to celebrate the end of a beautiful growing season and share in the bounty it created.
I’m teaming up with Michaela Downing of Fric and Frac’s Farm in Brunswick to host an evening of warm company, delicious food, and time spent well amidst the farm’s natural beauty. We’ll gather together outside for refreshments and some light snacks ahead of a brief farm tour where you’ll learn about how regenerative agriculture can help heal the planet. Next, we’ll move into the Light House (the greenhouse) for dinner, where chef Ashley Wiencek will serve a four course plant-based meal made with ingredients straight from our two organic farms. Finally, tea and s’mores will be on offer as we gather around a fire to warm our spirits on this late summer night.
We’ll offer a signature mocktail, but you’re welcome to bring your own wine or beer to enjoy throughout the evening. While we wish we could accommodate dietary restrictions, with such a small team we are unable to offer any modifications to the menu.
This dinner will take place at Plant Food Farm in Falmouth, ME. We’ll send you directions and other important details by email a few days prior to the event.
Note: Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when you sign up. We’ll let you know if there’s anything of concern on the menu and/or whether it makes more sense for you to join us next year instead!

About the Farm(s)
Fric and Frac’s Farm is a one-woman organic vegetable farm sitting on less than 2 acres at Two Echo Co-housing Community in Brunswick, Maine. Michaela’s main focus is to utilize land as efficiently and sustainably as possible while feeding as many people as she can. Click here to learn more →
Plant Food Farm is a celebration of the healing and illuminating beauty of nature, explored through the lens of growing and sharing food. You’ve already made it this far, so click around the website to learn more about our crops and growing practices!
Parking and Accessibility
Parking at the farm is limited, so please carpool if you can. The evening will require a small amount of walking on uneven ground and variable terrain. If this will be a challenge for you, or if you would like to drop off as close to the greenhouse as possible for mobility or accessibility reasons, please let us know ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Most seating will be at picnic tables without backs. We have a section with more supportive seating available, so please let us know if you would like us to hold one of these spots for you.
